Dear Editor,

Some of the candidates for Mayor of Townsville have dedicated active social media accounts. Anne- Maree Greaney has an Instagram account called amgformayor.

She's posted a video about herself which includes the following:

She says that after she finished high school she obtained a "Diploma In Education" and then taught at Rasmussen State School.

Yet when she provided The Bulletin with validation of her educational qualifications all she confirmed was a certificate in event management.

Why would someone running for Mayor want to conceal the fact they were a qualified teaching professional?
