So the track will be opened only for emergency service vehicles and 4WDs, but NOT for "all vehicle types" ie. regular cars. Will road base and other materials be imported from the mainland? Will the track surface be re-bitumened? Will there be guard rails installed on steep and dangerous sections like we can see on the Picnic Bay hill just lately?
