Magnets’ is a salty love song written on, and about Yunbenun (Magnetic Island), a tropical paradise situated just off the coast of Townsville in Queensland. The island offers an abundance of adventure and its laid-back lifestyle encourages a sense of self connection and freedom. It reminds me of when I was a kid and the days seemed to go on forever!
