Cornetts Supermarkets is proud to announce the opening of its newest store —
Cornetts IGA Magnetic Island, now open at 147 Sooning Street, Nelly Bay.
The store offers the island community and its visitors a fresh, modern supermarket
experience with an expanded range, great quality produce, and competitive pricing.
Cornetts Supermarket CEO Graham Booysen told the MCN the new store reflects the
company’s ongoing commitment to delivering fresh Australian produce, fair prices,
and friendly service to communities right across Queensland.
“This is an exciting addition to the Cornetts family, and we’re thrilled to bring our
values to Magnetic Island,” said Mr Booysen. “We’re passionate about supporting
local communities, and we know how important it is for residents and visitors alike to
have a trusted place to shop for fresh, quality groceries without having to travel far.
At Cornetts, you can count on great service, a wide range of Australian products,
and prices that are fair all year round.”
Well-known throughout rural and regional Queensland, Cornetts Supermarkets are
recognised for supporting local producers and making fresh, affordable groceries
accessible to the communities they serve.
Cornetts Supermarkets’ 200% Fresh Guarantee underlines this commitment — if
customers aren’t happy with the quality of their fruit or vegetables, the store will
replace them and refund the cost.
“It’s simple — we put the customer first,” Mr Booysen explained. “Our goal is that we
never need to use the guarantee, but if we do, our customers walk away with their
money back and the fresh produce they wanted in the first place. That’s just the right
thing to do.”
Cornetts IGA Magnetic Island is now open and ready to welcome customers.
