Council is installing bollards and a maintenance access gate along Geoffrey Bay to deter unauthorised vehicle access and camping on the foreshore. This project will preserve and protect this beautiful beach from damage by vehicles.
During the works public access to the foreshore will be limited in certain areas and noise from construction may be experienced.
Works commence Monday 14 November and are expected to take 2 weeks to complete, weather and conditions permitting.
