The Brown/Higgins family invite friends of the late Debrah Higgins to a celebration of her life and scattering of Deb's ashes on Saturday 23rd March 8.30am Picninc Bay Jetty.
It was Deb's wish to have ashes scattered in the bay she loved most Picnic Bay.
